The first Bloody Mary I remember drinking was in New Orleans.  It was New Year's Eve 1998/1999.  We were all partying like it was 1999.  I was with a group of 7 or 8 people sharing one hotel room and we ordered some Bloody Marys from room service.  They were delicious and they taste like a party in New Orleans to me.  I love tomato juice and since that trip I've tried Bloody Marys all over New Orleans and the United States.  My husband, however, has a Bloody Mary obsession and it is his favorite drink to relax with.  Below is my man with a Bloody Mary in Kansas City. 

Here's a delicious Bloody Mary from Snooze in Denver, Colorado.  It was very muddy and tasted like Claussen pickles and tomato juice.
